About us
We build lightweight workflow tools for Google Workspace
Tooling Studio exists for people who already spend their day in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Google Contacts. Instead of moving those teams into another heavyweight work platform, we build tools that fit into the Google workflow they already know.
How Tooling Studio started
Tooling Studio started as a tool we built for ourselves. Our email, calendar, files, and meetings already lived in Google Workspace. What we missed was a simple place to manage tasks, projects, and customer pipelines without switching to separate tools or spreadsheets all day.
Google Tasks was too limited for that, and other tools added tabs, setup, and cost. So we built Kanban boards that work inside Gmail, used them ourselves first, and turned them into a company.
Bridge Global, a development agency in India, helped build the first proof of concept and the early versions of the product.
What we make
Kanban Tasks
Shared task boards for projects and day-to-day work.
Sales CRM
Contacts, organizations, deals, and pipelines for client relationships.
Time
Time tracking, billable hours, and reports.
Each app is free for personal use. Teams pay when they want to share work. See pricing
What we care about
Native in Google Workspace
Our tools work where you already work: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and Google Drive.
Lightweight on purpose
Enough structure for real work, without the setup of an enterprise work platform.
Real-time collaboration
Shared boards update live. When a teammate moves a card, you see it straight away.
Simple pricing
Personal use is free. Teams pay $5 per user per month, per app.

Your data
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or to train general AI models.
Some Google features are optional and you connect them separately. For example, the optional Gmail connection in Sales CRM uses Google's read-only Gmail permission (gmail.readonly). With it, Tooling Studio searches your mailbox for messages involving a CRM contact and shows their subject, sender, date, and snippet. Those results are fetched when you ask for them and are not stored as a copy of your mailbox. You can disconnect Gmail in Tooling Studio at any time, or remove Tooling Studio's access in your Google Account.
