Close more deals with the embedded Sales CRM for Google Workspace

Team sharing and collaboration features are a key part of our roadmap. While not available in the initial beta, we plan to enable sharing of boards and contact details with specific team members, allowing for collaborative sales management. Collaboration is crucial for sales teams.

You can add comments and notes to individual contacts and organizations, providing context and tracking interactions. A comprehensive activity log and history of interactions (who changed what, when) are planned for future releases.

The CRM uses a Kanban-style board to visually represent your sales pipeline. You can drag and drop contacts between lists (stages) like 'Cold Lead,' 'Warm Lead,' 'Proposal Sent,' etc. The initial beta provides pre-defined stages, and full customization of these stages is planned.

Our Sales CRM enhances Google Contacts by adding full CRM functionality directly within your Google Workspace. It allows you to manage sales pipelines, add custom fields (beyond basic contact info), track interactions, collaborate with your team, and organize contacts into stages (leads, prospects, etc.) using a visual Kanban-style board. Think of it as turning your contact list into an active sales tool.

The Sales CRM is a Chrome extension that integrates seamlessly with your Google Workspace, specifically Gmail and Google Contacts. There's no need to switch between applications. You access it directly from your Gmail sidebar.

You can organize leads and deals with a drag-and-drop Kanban style interface and tracking progress through the stages. You can add custom fields, and additional notes to both contacts and organisations.

The CRM pulls in your existing Google Contacts automatically. Currently, the sync is one-way (from Google Contacts to the CRM), but we are considering a two-way sync for the future. This is important for a professional user to know about data consistency. For now, enrichments you make within the CRM (like adding a contact to a sales board) won't alter the original Google Contact.

Your exisitng data that you have created in Beta, will be automatically migrated to the first released version.

At launch, the primary focus is on seamless integration with Google Contacts. We are exploring options for importing contacts from other sources (e.g., CSV files, other CRMs) in future updates. Professionals often have data in multiple places.

Yes, the CRM supports both individual contacts and organizations. You can track company-level information, associate multiple contacts with an organization, and manage deals at the organizational level.

We will provide comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and support resources to help you get started and use the CRM effectively. We also encourage feedback during the beta phase to help us improve the product.

While Gmail and Contacts are the initial focus, we plan to explore integrations with other Google Workspace apps (e.g., Calendar, Drive) to further enhance the CRM's functionality.

We are currently working hard to implement the first released version of the product, and are planning to explore pricing once we have this done.
